1. Please select your preferred size at checkout. If you need a different size, choose the deposit option and include your request. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible—typically within 3 business days.
2. I will then send you a form to complete, where we’ll gather your information, ideas, scope, timeline, and other details. After that, I’ll provide a digital sketch, mood board, and main color palette for your approval.
3. After your feedback is added and the sketch is fully approved, I’ll begin the painting. I’ll share progress photos and get your final approval when it’s finished.
   
4. When the remaining is paid (for deposit option), and all revisions are completed, I’ll carefully package your artwork, insure it, and ship it straight to you.

Please note: if I’m unable to fulfill your request, your payment will be fully refunded. Otherwise, once the process has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% balance is due after the sketch is approved and before I begin the final painting.

The painting will be signed, dated, and shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance. All U.S. orders receive free shipping, and international shipping is available as well. Each piece is carefully wrapped and secured with sturdy cardboard and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the painting and shipping process. Orders placed during peak seasons (holidays, Christmas) may require an additional rush fee. Frame options are also available if you’d like your piece to arrive ready to display.
